BasiraLife is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Service interruptions or data loss
• Decisions made based on the service's information
• Indirect damages resulting from use of the service

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.

We may suspend or terminate your access in case of violation of these terms. You can delete your account at any time from settings. Upon termination, certain provisions (intellectual property, limitation of liability) remain in effect.

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
